“MARSHAL MIKE” JORGENSEN

“Marshal Mike” Jorgensen is someone I considered a close personal friend for many years. Several years back, he retired from JP Powersports  and always tells me about the free time and the travel he gets to enjoy now. I wish him only the best.

Marshal Mike, who while I was at my home in Richfield, called me to come speak with him about a resolution for the golf course. I said that I would make it simple. Put in tall nets, replace my garage doors, and reimburse my legal fees.

I believe Mike played me that day as some sort of stooge because we had a friendship. Obviously after reading the Jolley letters, Mike decided to be less than truthful with me.

The day before he showed up at my house, on a phone call (in the state of Utah) Mike tells me he has nothing to do with the golf course or my problem. But then, the very next day, Mike shows up as volunteer “Marshal Mike” on the golf course in a golf cart.

So Mike, you decided to insert yourself and be disingenuous. I’ve consulted my lawyer and am considering every legal course of action possible. Nothing would make me happier than being able to name you in a lawsuit. As we both know from your past, being truthful  and moral turpitude are not your strong suits.

I look forward to — if I’m lucky — the next time I see you, it will be in a deposition.
